Nagamatsu Inc. has been dealing with claims since 1942, firstly dealing with marine cargo losses before introducing more complex fire and property insurance claim handling, including factory, shrine and temple claims. They also specialise in business interruption, commercial liability and special auto policies, such as on-track coverage for racing cars.

Nagamatsu Inc. have managed numerous major CAT losses resulting form the Kobe and Guam earthquakes as well as various super typhoons. Since being the first Japanese loss adjuster registered with the General Insurance Association of Japan, their employees has both Japanese and international recognised qualifications further strengthening their ability to handle complex and specialised losses.

Their head office is in Yokohama with a further office in Tokyo; both will work closely with our regional Hong Kong office to provide a combination of international experience and local knowledge ensuring our mutual clients of a totally professional and accountable claims service.
